Follow These Instructions To Start Using CUPID

You can access CUPID right now by using a touch tone telephone and following these instructions:

STEP 1: Have your credit union statement handy. Your account number appears on the upper right-hand corner. Your sub-account codes appear in the left-hand column at the beginning of each account-type history.

STEP 2: Dial toll free: 888-826-LOVE (5683).

CUPID will answer: "Welcome to CUPID. Please remember to end all entries, except menu choices with the pound (#) sign."
You Enter: your account number (3,4,or 5 digits) and press the # sign.
CUPID will respond: "Please enter your authorization code and press the # sign."
You Enter: your four digit authorization code and press the # sign. If you do not know your PIN number, please call our office for assistance.
CUPID will respond: "Enter your transaction code."

At this time you may proceed with any of the transactions available .

The management of the Credit Union strongly suggests you change the authorization code (PIN number assigned to you) to a secret number only you will know. You can do this now by entering 7 (Additional Information), then 1 (Other Account Information), then 3 (Change PIN Number), then follow the prompts.

At the end of your call, wait on the line for your call confirmation number. Record the number and refer to it if there are any questions.
