Helpful Hints

• * - Repeats the menu
• 8 - Ends your session
• 9 - Returns to the Previous Menu
• 0 - Returns to the Main Menu
• Enter All number without decimals, i.e. $25.00 is entered 2500#
• Your sub-account or suffix codes can be found on your statement. Look for the suffixes of your Credit Union accounts on your most recent statement.  More common suffixes are as follows:
  • Regular Shares-0
  • Vacation Club-2
  • Holiday Club-3
  • IRA Shares-5
  • Share Draft/Checking-7, 8
  • Loan Accounts-1,2,3...97,98,99
• Your four-digit authorization code must be entered at the beginning of each call.   Even if someone knows your code, they can not transfer funds to an unrelated account, make checks payable to another person or mail checks to a different address than your address on record.  However, management strongly suggests you keep your PIN number a secret.
• C.U.P.I.D.'s transactions are posted immediately to your account.  Withdrawal requests will be mailed to your preferred address of record.  If you move or change locations, please notify the office immediately to expedite service to you.
• Each CUPID transaction appears on your next regular statement.  If you use CUPID, you will receive a monthly statement.
• Remember to wait on the line for your call confirmation number.  Record the number and refer to it if there are any questions.
