Members can access their accounts 24 hours a day at any VISA, STAR, or Plus, NYCE ATM network machines.  Withdrawals, Balance Inquiries, and Transfers can be performed around the clock world-wide.  Deposits are allowed at participating STAR locations in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland.  In addition, thousands of local retailers are now accepting VISA Debit cards for purchases and "extra cash back."

Novartis Federal Credit Union has prepared a "No-Surcharge ATM" listing to assist you in reducing the ATM fees paid to outside financial institutions.  We encourage you to access your account at one of these locations whenever possible.

Direct Deposit is one of the best ways to save yourself time and money.  You can automatically deposit 100% of your paycheck into your Novartis Federal account.   Members on Direct Deposit receive monthly statements and special offers periodically through the credit union.  Sign Up Now and receive a coupon for FREE Checks with your Novartis Federal Credit Union Checking Account.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  All recipients of Government Payments, INCLUDING Social Security, MUST be signed up for a Direct Deposit Program.  If you have a family member that needs assistance in this matter, please contact the credit union.  We offer a NO FEE program which is easy to maintain.   Do not wait until the last minute to make sure their finances are in order.

Free Notary Service

The credit union offers FREE Notary Service to all members at each branch.  Please call in advance to ensure that a convenient time is available.

Traveler's Cheques and Gift Cheques

American Express Traveler's Cheques - The credit union is proud to offer FREE Traveler's Cheques.  

American Express Gift Cheques - American Express Gift Cheques are available to members in $25, $50, and $100 denominations for a fee of $2.50.  These are an excellent choice for that special someone no matter what the occasion.

Western Union Money Transfer

Transfer cash to a loved one in less than thirty minutes with Western Union Money Transfers from your home or office.  Just pick up the phone and call the credit union   We will handle the transaction for you.

A special arrangement has been made with Western Union which allows the credit union to charge LESS THAN the normal charges of MONEYGRAM or other Western Union offices.  You can transfer up to $2,500 at one low fee of $17.50!! Keep us in mind when you need this service!!

Wire Transfers

Outgoing Domestic (United States) - Wire transfers can be handled on a same day basis if you are able to provide the credit union with the proper information by 3:00 a.m. EST.  The fee for Domestic Wire Transfers is $15.00.  This form may be used to facilitate your wire transfer request. Be prepared to provide the credit union with the following information:

1. Your Name and Account Number with us;
2. Amount of Transfer;
3. Name, Branch Name, Address and Routing Number (ABA Number) of the Bank Receiving the Transfer;
4. The Full Name of Recipient as it Appears in the Bank's Records; their Address and Phone Number;
5. The Account Number to be Credited.
6. A Phone number where you can be contacted at to verify the information.

(We strongly suggest you contact the Institution receiving the wire and ask specifically for their "Incoming Wire Instructions."  This will ensure a smooth transfer.)

Outgoing Foreign (International) -International wire transfers can be handled on a same day basis if you are able to provide the credit union with the proper information by 1:00 p.m. EST. An international wire transfer request form must be used to facilitate your international wire transfer request. p.m. EST. Depending on the destination, a Foreign Transfer may take up to an additional 24 hours to arrive.  Please keep this in mind when timing your request.  The outgoing foreign wire fee starts at $40.00 and is dependent on the destination. In addition to the above information, we need to have the following information to have a Foreign Wire Transfer request:

1. The Name of the Foreign Bank's United States Correspondent Bank, Address, Branch Name, and the Routing and Transit Number used in foreign transfers.
2. Any Other Identifying Numbers Required to Transmit Funds.

(We strongly suggest you contact the Institution receiving the wire and ask specifically for their "Incoming Foreign Wire Instructions."  This will ensure a smooth transfer.)

Incoming Wire Transfers - There are no service fees for Incoming Wire Transfers.  To ensure a smooth transfer, please follow the below instructions:
